Ukrainian PM Arseniy Yatsenyuk wants world news offices to be set up in Ukraine

Today's appeal reminds me of my first times in Kyiv (1993, and then permanently 1995-1998) - as a permanent correspondent for Handelsblatt (Germany), Neue Z├╝rcher Zeitung (NZZ) and Die Presse (Austria).  Great time, when everybody was looking forward to the immense potential of Ukraine.. As we still are hoping for change. Reminds me also of my later time - as business publisher. I was one of the few speaking Ukrainian from the very scratch (though I speak Russian too). He stressed that to cover the events in Ukr
